Vinyasa Yoga

The term “vinyasa” comes from the Sanskrit words “nyasa” (to place) and “vi” (in a special way). In practice, it means placing movements in a particular sequence — a flowing style of yoga where each pose is linked with the breath, creating a dynamic and rhythmic practice.

Our Vinyasa Yoga classes at Flik Flak offer a flow that connects breath and movement, creating a complete experience of flexibility, strength, and inner calm.

Through continuous, harmoniously connected poses, participants gain greater mobility and body awareness, while also enjoying relaxation and mental peace.

This practice improves balance, strengthens both body and mind, and is ideal for anyone looking to combine exercise, focus, and flexibility in an inspiring rhythm.

Vinyasa Acro Flow

This is an energetic and dynamic yoga class that blends Vinyasa Yoga with acrobatic elements, offering a unique experience that combines flexibility, strength, balance, and body control.

Participants get the chance to explore an acro flow practice, featuring inversion and contortion techniques.

The class is open to all levels - beginners and advanced alike - and is designed for anyone who wants to discover their body and its potential.

Calisthenics

At Flik Flak, our calisthenics classes are based on bodyweight exercises. We work on strength, balance, and flexibility through dynamic movements and progressive drills. The goal is to help each participant develop better body control, build natural strength, and achieve impressive skills such as pull-ups, holds, and dynamic transitions.

Handstand

This class is dedicated to the art of the handstand. Through targeted strength, mobility, and technique exercises, participants learn to balance confidently on their hands, improve posture, and develop stability and control. It’s a training session that builds both power and body awareness.

Strength & Conditioning (S&C)

A functional training program combining strength, endurance, and agility exercises. It improves overall fitness, prevents injuries, and enhances performance — in sports and in everyday life. Strength & Conditioning is the foundation upon which all other sports and activities can be built — whether for a child in gymnastics, an adult seeking wellness, or an athlete aiming for peak performance.
